Patching Problems

"Fail to download patch information. Retry after a while."

Modded client, clean client, reinstalled r64 and still unable to patch. Also the window with the [GAME START] button isn't loading, I'm getting a "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled" error.

Since nobody else seems to be having this problem, and it occurs with/without mods, it's probably my computer. A virus ravaged my internet settings so I'm blaming that.


If somebody has any idea of what to do (or a link to the FTP where I can download patch files for r65 and r66) then that'd be much appreciated.

Either way, some kind soul should avert their attention away from Rath castle and hand over the FTP/pre-patch links to solve this. :>


Edit: For some reason it never occurred to me to manual patch.

That worked, however I'm still getting the same "Failed to download" error.
Bypassing the launcher doesn't help either, then I get stuck at "Logging in..."

Seems I'll have to wait for Nexon to fix whatever is wrong on their end.

After two system restores, three reinstallations, and a lot of raaaage, and I've declared myself unsavable.

Client is bricked (notices don't load, unable to download patch info) unless I do a system restore to before the maintenance.
Manual patching/updating in any way will brick.
Bypassing the launcher will start the game, but perma-freeze at login.
Reinstalling (with older setup file) will brick, even before patch/update.

Also I can't login to Poptag either, so I know there's something wrong with the communication.

Yikes!

I ran into the same trouble myself, and then realized that my firewall was stupidly automatically blocking Mabi with no prompt to choose otherwise. (It wasn't the case with previous updates/patches.)

Not sure if that is the case for you or not, but I'm just throwing it out there :)
