As the tool of Kami, Kira, allow me to welcome you all to the new world under his rule.
Rule 1: A username and password written on the Ban Note will ban all the user of the said username and password
Rule 2: After writing the username and password, forty seconds will be given for the reason for ban.
Rule 3: If no reason is stated, the user will be banned under "Suspicious Activity."
Rule 4: After writing the reason for ban, another six minutes and forty seconds will be given to write the details such as but not limited to posting porn, hacking material, flaming, and trolling.
Rule 5: This note will not take into effect unless the avatar of the user is in mind; therefore other users of the Internet sharing the same username will not be affected.
Rule 6: The presence of the Admin of the note will be acknowledge by anyone who have made contact to the note.
Rule 7: A holder of a Ban Note cannot ban a user who is already banned.
Rule 8: If you ban a holder of the Ban Note, you will be banned as well. However, any Admin can ban any holder even if they are the Admin of the Ban Note in question or not.
Rule 9: The holder of the Ban Note can make a deal known as "The PM" in order to make their status as "Validating" allowing the Admin to auto-ban the holder but allows the holder to view the "Super Advanced Admin CP", seeing the username and passwords of all users upon looking at their avatar.
Rule 10: There is no Spoon
Rule 11: Because of the sacred, and holy powers of Mikami.gif, the holder of the Ban Note is only allowed to unleash it four times a day. Any more than that is dangerous to the forum that the Ban Note currently resides.
