Can we have a currency for playing games in the future arcade?
these are basically small rewards or recognition for actually using the arcade section

In the shop, there can be a specific section for exchanging these rewards and ONLY accept them

initially, the cat wants to name them tickets unless if someone have a better currency idea.

You can buy tickets with guru gold but 100 guru gold = 1 ticket

Possible items in the shop

Item- Description

Flour? - ZOMG FLOUR, can use to bake stuff
10 tickets

Syrup- Can be added to Pancakes
24 tickets

Legend pets (you can only have 1 of each pet and only 5 separate pets marked with *)
*Hammer- Used by Mario the plumber! (categorized as pet)
100 tickets

1-up mushroom- Life Up! (pet)
50 tickets

? Block - what this do?
50 tickets

Starman
50 tickets

Fire Flower
20 tickets

Brick Block - This does nothing
5 tickets

Coin
5 tickets

*Triforce- Power, Wisdom, Courage
100 tickets

*Master Sword- Used by the Hero of time
100 tickets

*Mirror Shield- Reflects flames!
100 tickets

*Master Shield- Used by the Hero of time
75 tickets

Slingshot- Pellet spam!
20 tickets

*Arwing - piloted by the great star fox
100 tickets

*Z button- Do a barrel Roll!
100 tickets

*Kart- Used in Mario Kart
100 tickets

*Metroid- Sucks your brains out
100 tickets

*Peelz
100 tickets

4000 forum gold
60 tickets

Bake!(command)- Uses Flour. Can also use flour with "specific item"
0 ticket.
Example recipe:
Flour (alone) = Cake
Smiling jack + flour = Jack pie
Flour + syrup = pancakes

any suggestions for this suggestion will be appreciated
yes the legendary* pets are expensive,

if you think they shouldn't be on sale and should be rewards for getting a specific score on an arcade game then we can go with that.

But then I would need to program the arcade instead of using one already made for vbulletin:fail:

Considering that VB tried to reinvent templating and introduced lots of BS like hooks and plugins, probably ages.
I know enough to do small things in VB but an arcade is a massive system.

Right now is also not a good time for any kind of arcade or huge add-on, since there might be a large update in the near future of a top secret nature, and the more stuff is added on the harder it will be.

I would like this idea, but why is the LOZ stuff so much more expensive then the rest in your planning!!! And why does this sound like the Animal Crossing special items....

I was inspired by Animal Crossing.
The LoZ stuff aren't that expensive in terms of importance.
For example,

A Hammer is important to Mario as a Master Sword is to Link.
Therefore the worth is the same.

Also, a Z button is essential to do a barrel roll.
