Goodness! More Awareness!~ Let's pick a series!

So if you read my previous post, basically the new idea is that we spend some time all doing an awareness for a certain title/series! Each person participating will get to decide a character from the title we have decided on. Having characters from the same universe help interacting a large bit! And we can then RP with one another much more effectively I feel. It will be lots of fun!

I gave examples like Final Fantasy, Ape Escape, etc.. But I want people to give suggestions so that we can vote on our very first one! I'm thinking we can set it at first to bi-weekly, and if it happens to flourish and be active, we can extend it if we feel necessary. If we get a lot of participants, we can also split it into two groups and have two titles at the same time, so that people can decide which one they prefer and everyone can join! As for people who are unfamiliar with titles, it can be fun to try to fit into the role, reading up information of the character (or watching some youtube vids har har), and using what you know to interact! After talking to a lot of people with the fun we have been having with our current event, it seems many will be up for this! And of course, once we finish with each awareness, everyone will be rewarded another badge associated with their role. And maybe something more if you put a lot of effort in?

So for right now, please list some titles that you think we could all try here on the forums, and for anyone replying and you see a good suggestion; be sure to second it. After a short while I'll be posting up a poll so we can come to a verdict~<3

EDIT: Also, I would prefer certain games as opposed to series. For instance, I would prefer FF13 over the whole FF series. It would make things less confusing and more close~

I agree... How about several Final Fantasy games since the Mabination Community has like 80+ users and Final Fantasy 7 has like 14 major characters... Or something(ontopic). I've never heard of video games recently until I bought this "PS1" from Rinnosuke. It's supposed to portray images of characters, and amazingly you can control them with this "Controller"... It sounds very generic, but I like how they can use magic like me as well. Just not danmaku, however.

i say we should play characters from the old NES days that way we can all exist in the same universe like in Captain N and we can brag about how bad-a** we are in our games and we wont run out of characters since theres an even balance of good and bad guys some people can choose from mario games, some from fanal fantasy, some from zelda, castlevania or we can do a mix from NES SNES and sega, it'll offer more of a choice and itll teach some of the newer gamers about the past. I fell nostalgic now i miss blowing into the cartage and getting my gaming fix ;^;.

As much as i like Travis i did want to do NES Snake just so i could say METAL GEAR! but that would have gotten old fast and im not really that knowledgeable about him i did try to costplay as him at AX '09 but i couldnt find someone to be liquid in time so i went as Travis. That beam katana i made took ages then i couldnt use it because it had metal in it so i had to keep it in my holder the whole time. : /
