Getting Heavy Stander?

Ok :< So mew wants to get at least rF heavy stander, I have the quest and everything but I don't know where to get the gloves and (i think its helm right?)

I've tried searching for it but no cigar D: Not on craft list either.

You only need to finish Decisive Battle and talk to marek while having Guard rank D+
Unless for a reason I will not be able to comprehend they changed it.

Probably means Standing Endurance.
You may need to get a bit further into the game.
