I can't connect to the server and it tells me I have a timeout.

When does this happen exactly? is it when you start the game from the site, or when clicking game start in game. And what's the exact message it shows?

It's the exact same problem as this guy. There's a screenshot of it too.

Tis be your internet or connection to the server. I don't know how to fix though :\
Happens in source games. :|
It could either be your system in rare cases.
