Meditation with Int

Meditation is suppose to be a "not-so-great-payoff" skill, however the calculations come from without the int bonuses.
Does anybody have any information regarding to how much time decreases from Meditation AP cycle with int?

with 700 int with rank e it takes 1/4 of a year to pay off the ap for it

Every 7 Intelligence reduces Meditation countdown by 1 second.

So, even at 700 Intelligence, that's only 100 seconds. Compared to rA Meditation time reduction by 540 seconds. Thus, 640 seconds reduction. Or around 10 minutes.
