How do you check requirements?

How do you check the requirements of items at the marketplace...it clearly says that just because you can buy them, doesn't mean you can wear them...no matter what i do i cant figure out how to check the dang requirements from within the market place. I hover over the icon, click + ctrl/alt/shift/enter etc. What the heck do i do? :what:
