Are the Dittes Wand and Claus Armor still 1 gold repairs?

I heard it was fixed but someone told me the Claus was still 1 gold repair a while ago.
Is it a difference between the Blacksmith version and the Gacha Repair version?
It says on the wiki it may also be a glitch?

Claus armor was quite the armor BECAUSE of its 1 gold repair. Now that it's not, less people buy the armor/repair kit
I mean, it doesn't even have the cape :gloom:
