Karok's Cestus is Here!

Greetings, Mercenaries!

The time has come! Karok's second weapon has blasted into Vindictus. Along with the cestus item comes plenty of new and exciting abilities to use along with it!


You can obtain a cestus or fist weapon for Karok after speaking with Marrec at the Mercenary Outpost. Keep in mind you will need to be level 24 in order to start and complete the cestus quest.

Cestus Abilities


Blast Mastery - You can perform an additional Blast attack after Smashing.

Blast: Terror Rush - Using a Blast attack when the Blast gauge is at level 1 will activate the Terror Rush effect.

Weaving - Absorbs attack energy and is converted into Blast gauge energy.

Weaving Attack - Allows you to perform a Smash attack after Weaving.

Blast: Crushing Strike - Using a Blast attack when the Blast gauge is at level 2 will activate the Crushing Strike effect.


Blast: Destroyer - Using a Blast attack when the Blast gauge is at level 3 will unleash the Destroyer effect.

Big Bang Attack - Consumes the entire Blast gauge to unleash the Big Bang Attack. Damage is based on how full the Blast gauge is when Big Bang Attack is performed.



There are also two special SP abilities, Gigantic Strength and Hulking Fury, that make use of the powerful cestus weapon!

It's time to head out into battle and unleash your unrelenting fury in the name of the goddess! Take Karok's fists and crush every Fomor that comes before you. You are fury! You are destruction! You are the avatar of the goddess!
