If it continues nonstop maybe. Although the fact that it's listed there means it's being blocked anyways so it's doing its job. From that SS it looks like it all happaned in a very short time frame all to the same IP on the same port (80 which is http for web stuff). So chances are it was just a website you went on that had content on it from a web server with that IP which happens to be blocked.
