Very nicely said, to splat and anyone who thinks that scamming is fun/profitable. Root cause of it is selfishness- they don't think of anything aside from themselves. Other things that can be said of why not to do it is that it is fundamentally and completely dishonest, and that it is stealing (Taking something for nothing [being given something for nothing is another thing, but as long as you're not dishonestly soliciting something for nothing, is not morally wrong, just messes with your karma])
