Conversation Between babohtea and Baku

Actually I have not, because I recently got a new computer and was preoccupied with moving into it. Perhaps vdub will work on windows 7 better, but who knows it's still windows and I don't wanna screw around too much with codec stuff that I don't understand...

But I will do it eventually!

Hai thar, I'm curious if you managed to do some progress on what we discussed below :3

Well, you can get *cough*pirate*cough* Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere. But that's like downloading too much for the simple thing you want to do. But they would do the job. Or google for some free Video Editor, any editor should show frame numbers and that stuff D:

    Oh man.
I have no idea how to use Vdub. I went online, and evidently Vdub isn't compatible with the newer windows codecs.
And I have no idea what that means.

Do you know any other programs? I'm seriously completely clueless about video editing/codec stuff. Forgive my ignorance D:

Just record a vid of you doing the attack. Open it up any video editor that shows frame number (I used VirtualDub, it's free). And check how many frames is exactly 1 second, after that just look for the exact frame the attack starts and finishes.
With virtual dub you can see the current frame on the bottom.
    So if 25 frames = 1 second.
Attack starts at 138 and finishes at 245 = Takes 107 frames to perform, that's 4,28''

Hello. I want to a time table for Hammer Fiona like you did in your guide, but I really don't understand your explanation of how to get data.

Supposedly, I should make a couple of videos with the ingame recording feature of the combos, but besides that I'm a bit lost as to how to set the framerate, and how to check things frame by frame. What program could I use?

Also, I'm the tallest Fiona, and my friend will probably do it with his (a little taller than shorter) so we can get a comparison :)

If we can get the data you can just throw it into your guide :)

Not playing much lately, mostly designing stuff just for practice and learning.
But I currently have a subscription to wow and play it an hour or two every other day. And just got back to mabi again after a moment of nostalgia, so I'm playing that a bit from time to time.
