Very rare glitch, very funny to watch except on hard core. As far as I know it only happens when going up in an elevator, as the elevator goes up Isaac slips through the floor and falls to his death into nothingness. Most of my deaths have been glitches, pure bad luck and in low quantities gung-honess. Like constantly being pelted by lurkers on the drill ride, not being able to move and being finished off by a slasher.

Not sure which is the statis bonus rig, but if it's dlc, I'm definitely not getting it. Eh, it's not that my setup is bad (rockin fully upgraded stasis, mostly fully upgraded cutter, almost all upgraded ripper (not alt-fire), almost fully upgraded detonator (sans one capacity and special) and a fully upgraded contact beam by chapter 13). I just run into the most random stuff like... falling through an elevator...

Not to mention Soldier weapons with Pulse Rifle and Seeker rifle.
But it still stands you've been playing more Dead Space 2 than me... and I've been attempting Hard Core :x

However, I can tell you the routes I have been taking for the past few days - because of recently I bought a Falias Raindrop and Storm within just a few days.

Oh and, if you want to upload pictures I recommend to use imgur because there they let you upload an infinite amount of pictures without paying - only .gifs with more file size will be slowed down, so you could save your Puush space for those.

Me thinks you've been playing waaaaaaaaay more Dead Space 2 than I have. Also Isaac is an Engineer not a miner >_>

I'm still considering whether or not to do this. event lasts for 3 more weeks and I have 33 characters a day to get beam swords. If I get a second I will 100% do it or if I get a focused one. Give me some more time to think about it. BUT I think I want to do it....not trying to string you along
