The major attack points are when...

1. Ballista stun occurs or Goddess Judgement stun occurs
2. After he misses (hopefully) a grab. If he connects, I'd back off a bit so the shockwave from the grabbed target doesn't hit you. If it's a critical (red screen), try your best to save the victim OR run all the way across the room.
3. After his dive.
4. At half health, sometimes he'll stomp with his left foot, which leaves his right (your left when facing him) completely open for a long period of time.

Also note that the safest spot to attack Glas from is around (either infront, to the side, or behind) his right foot. If he grabs, you can keep attacking. If he does a two slash combo, you can dodge with plenty of time. If he takes off, you can back off. If he spits magic, get ready to dodge. If he turns around, reposition. If he stomps, keep attacking. If he gets ready to spin around a bunch, you should be able to get away fairly easily.

The only move that is really dangerous from this position is his side slash. The other main danger is him turning to face you, which might lead to some difficult dodging if his left foot gets in the way.

Well, it's fairly easy to predict when he's going to do his spinny multi hit move as he'll stab one sword into the ground in front of him. If he's not targeting you, I'd take that as a cue to run away from Glas and slip dash out of range. I don't know the exact timing of if he's targeting you, but just try to get some distance to lessen the number of slashes you need to dodge. Most of the time he'll stop after 4 or so slashes and fly up, but he might keep going.

Honestly, walking slightly backwards after attacking Glas is one of the best options. You really don't want to be right under him as that's when you will have trouble predicting Glas (and also when his feet will get in the way of your Slips).

The second biggest threat are his quick slashes to the side, to get the people attacking behind him and to the side. You have to rely on your reaction times here, which is the main problem for me. This is the one move I like having defence for, so I can take the odd hits and still keep going. The set you saw me using only puts me at about 6.6k Defence, which is enough if you're really playing well.

I ended up getting 3rd with about 18% damage without trans, which is a pretty good number. Don't worry too much about Glas, he's really hard for when you're first starting out.
