Go through the rebirth normally and confirm your level reset and age reset. Then she will have sets of choices after that, click the left option both times. This will bring up a dialogue box where it's 1. Warrior 2. Mage and the rest I don't know offhand, which just means ask herro or take a chance. If you get double skill training in that tab you know you've done it right.
