Requesting Guild Information - Loss of Service

I finally purchased fantasy life service after around eight months of playing without it. I used to run a small guild called Redivider. A few months in, I was deployed to Africa, lost service and when I returned my guild was empty. I'm now the only member.

So...I created a guild stone and donated a whopping 7500 guild points. I now have enough guild points to purchase some upgrades. However, I only intend to purchase upgrades which are permant or semi-permanent.

I don't want to spend 4000+ guild points to purchase the guild stone teleportation feature if, should service expire, I would lose the feature and would have to spend 4000 more points in order to reobtain it. Anyone know which items are maintained after service expires?

Guild Stone: Semi-Permanent
Guild Hall Stone: ???
Guild Hall Teleportation: ???
Guild Robe: Permanent
Guild Level: Permanent

Permanent means that the item will retain usefulness without service.
Semi-permanent means that the item will not retain usefulness without service. However, the item will regain usefulness should service be reaquired.

There might be other stuff that i'm overlooking. Could someone fill me in?

Both Guild Hall and Guild Stone Teleportation are semi-permanent.
