IRC doesn't work for me

Is it just me or it doesn't work?
It always say something like "connection timeout" whenever I use it.
Or is there some website which I can use to connect to IRC? I don't want to DL some IRC program because I don't use it a lot...

You can use Mibbit.com - Easy and fast Webchat.

I wouldn't know if it worked or not myself, because I use an actual IRC client. So, I can't tell whether the built-in web-based client we have works or not.
