I lost my Journal at school :/
That journal sorta has a couple of personal stuff in it. Not anything I'd freak out over, just stuff like how I like Anidale or a few of my other minor secrets. Most of the stuff I wrote in it is just plain embarrassing though and I'd rather not have anyone I know read.
At first I figured I forgot at home because I remember dropping a ton of books before leaving. As soon as I came home though, it wasn't anywhere near where I dropped it. My parents could have found it, but they would have given it back to me or at least mentioned it to me.
Guess it's not that bad. I could always buy a new book to replace that journal. The chances of someone who knows me finding the book (I'm pretty much acquainted with a third of the sophomores at my school). It would be a bad thing if a teacher found it though. I wrote a ton of sh*t about how bad some teachers are and how much of a dick the principle is.

That happened to me once. I apparently had left it in my history class and my teacher picked it up, but fortunately he didn't read through it.
Someone asked me what home was
and all I could think of were the stars on the tip of your tongue,
the flowers sprouting from your mouth,
the roots entwined in the gaps between your fingers,
and the ocean echoing inside your rib cage.

Why would you take your private journal to school?

Haha! Losing your journal isn't the worst thing in the world! One time I left my Death Note at school and...

...
I've said too much already...

Would be much better if someone from school reads it than my brothers.

why keep a journal at all?
and if you want to, password-locked file on your computer?
