Vindictus won't launch. Probably grpahics card?

Okay some background info first. Yesterday my video card (Raedon 6870) shorted out due to an unfortunate accident. So that means I'm now running on my onboard graphics at the moment ( Radeon HD 4250). I'm not sure if this has switching of graphics card have anything to do with it but Vindictus isn't launching anymore. The Hshield and Vindictus logo pop up but after that the program ends. I'm thinking it might have to do with the graphics settings since it was turned up to max on my 6870 which I highly doubt the 4250 can handle. So is there way any to change the settings without having to be ingame? Or is it probably another problem I'm not seeing?

Head into Vindictus\en-US\bin directory and delete config_material.txt

Should reset everything when the game starts up next.

While it's true that the 4250 is too slow to handle Vindictus at max, I doubt that's the reason why it won't open. It should still be able to open, albeit laggier until you turn down settings.

Are you using the latest Catalyst drivers? (11.5)
