I kinda have a question. How do you get to high level without gouging your eyes out? D:

I can only seem to get to 40-50~ before giving up and uninstalling Maple. (only to re-install it a few weeks later.) D:

When new classes come I play for like 2 weeks then rage quit.

I got to level 70 and quit. It's too much for me.
Now I only play the DS version. I have yet to complete thief/bowman story.

@ Andy-Buddy ~ Hmm, well...it really depends on your job. Training from 1 to 5x can take as little as one to three days.

KoC's(Knights of Cygnus), Arans, and Evans all have quests that can bring you to level 30 or so pretty quickly. Some really good training spots from 1x to 30 or so are Pigs(in Henesys Mini Dungeon), Octopuses(Caution: Falling Down in Kerning City), Ligators(in Kerning City), Sand Rats(in Ariant), Scorpions(in Ariant), and Zombie Mushrooms(in Sleepywood Mini Dungeon.) After that, you can just trade wins or free win in CPQ(Monster.) From 51 to 53-55, most people either LMPQ(Ludibrium Maze Party Quest; not that active anymore, but it's great money), CPQ2(Monster Carnival 2), FoG(Forest of Golem in Sleepywood), or train at MP3(Mysterious Path 3 in Singapore.) From 55 to 6x, most people continue training at MP3. 6x to 7x/ 8x, people usually train at WR's(Windraiders in Masteria.) Some people just CPQ2 from 51 to 70. Like I said earlier, training places really just depend on your job at this point. Some people choose to MPQ(Magatia Party Quest) from 71 to 86. At level 89, Gallos(Galloperas, in Malaysia) are a great training spot for people who can mob. People usually train there from 89 to 120 or 130/ 140 or so. Jobs, such as Hermits and Outlaws, usually train at Jr. Newties(in Leafre) from 80 to 120. After that, bossing, Skeles(Skelegons and Skelosaurus in Leafre), and Oblivions(in Temple of Time) are pretty much your home until 200.

If you're just lazy and have plenty of money, an alternative to training/ party quests would be leeching.

I'm ashamed of the fact that I've spent 5 years of my life on Maplestory.

Play -> Hacked -> Play -> Hacked -> Hiatus -> New Job -> Play -> Level 40 -> Hiatus -> New Quests -> Play -> Level 40 ->Hiatus.

It's pretty easy to level nowadays with the new PQs and the EXP required to level dropping. Plus there's Families which give you Rep and that Rep can be used to enable 2x EXP or 2x Drop Rates on your character for like 30 minutes. The new Pyramid PQ is basically easy EXP if you can mob easily(Arans), since EXP is given out to how many monsters you kill(They each have 1 HP) and people bot there for easy EXP. I've seen my brother bot there for a week and he got to the 80s. Luckily, he still hasn't been banned yet, but he has a level 90 Aran, Evan, Priest, and Wind Archer all botted from that PQ until it got to the point where botting only gives 1%, which is at level 90.

It's great. I really enjoy it.
Having 4 characters with different stories that intersect with another character's story makes it fun to play all 4.
I wonder if it has any replay value but I believe getting all the skills and monster cards takes a while. You need to grind a bit for this.
I think the most difficult so far is warrior chapter 9. Gotta hate those annoying jump quests.

Fastest way to level without much feel of grinding is PQ! Start with HPQ, KPQ, LPQ (etc etc I dun any of the new PQ's so....) just work your way through the PQ's when you can and you'll level fast nuff
