Flashy sword?

So my friend/guildie, he found a flashy broadsword (flashes dark blue and light blue really fast). It's probably the first weapon in mabi to be flashy hm?

I'd say where he got it from but I'd rather let people decide themselves since it's bound to be figured out sometime (or within 10 minutes)
