Best place for building stones?

I've gotten 3 from Ciar, but I feel like theres a better method out there.

It probably is CP related. Someone compared that + Homestead stone droprates to that of rare formor scrolls. (Though I presume building stones have a slightly higher droprate)

Well Basic dropped 15 of them for me, I'm set for my house and my well.

But int didn't drop any.

i keep thinking are you guys sure your getting that many drops or are you getting mixed up with when it says how many you got (is actually your total) the purple +# is how many you got.. and its most likely +1 everytime... cause i rarely get 1 every 100-200 kills on awful / boss
