Fine Leather

Yes, I already searched, and I know this question has already been posted but I feel that after the homestead update (and previous updates) there needs to be an update on this.

What is the easiest way to find Fine Leather?, From what monster does Fine Leather drop the most?, etc.

The previous threads are slightly out of date (2010 and before) and seem to also be outdated in information. Other threads have cited kobolds as the easiest way of finding fine leather. It was also stated that those kobolds dropped around 6-8 fine leathers per Math run. I found one after two complete runs...

Total lvl < 200. Would SCC inter or basic work also?

I farmed all 10 of mine for my house at the Kobolds in that inlet next to Bangor. It's fairly easy to run around OHKOing them all. Takes a few hours, but it's the easiest way.

Im basically trying to find the most efficient way. I COULD grind for hours, but I prefer not to.

When I need them I run shadow wiz advance, and get 6-10 per run.

Problem with that is that Mabi sometimes requires a lot of grinding to get what you want. Try Math normals. Lots of Kobolds, lots of leather

These are the fastest ways to get Fine Leather, hence its decently high value.

Is there anything you need it for while under level 200?

The most efficient way is just to buy them from people. Other than that, you will have to grind them out.

Fiodh Advanced also drops a decent amount.
