Relax, personalized enchant?

So um, I just found out that relaxed is a personalized enchant. I was planning to move it to a new character when I make one after they release the new character cards. Now I pretty much have a useless relaxed outfit until they release depersonalization pots... I wonder why they didn't warn us beforehand and why the ES was tradable ;;

the es is un-personalized, but whatever you put it on personalizes upon enchanting.

i.. am not sure, and i'm not about to burn my burnables to find out, but i suspect the ES in the event droplist is bugged, and it's SUPPOSED to be an exclusive es but isn't, because last week's event, someone got one but was unable to mail it.

also does anyone know if the item becomes personalized right after putting on the ES, or must the item be equipped first?
