    What's with Mabinogi guilds and Guildlaunch?

    This is one rather lame epidemic with at least tarlach guilds. Why in blazes do so many people use it? The interface is crap, the forums are laughable, and the customization is poor.

    I've been having the guild-blues lately and my work on my new guild site has made me all giddy to an extent. So i went looking at fellow tarlach guild's websites and so friggin many of them are guild launch.

    I don't care if guild is in the name of the provider, most guild hosting sites are meant for MMOs more similar to guild wars and even then they aren't that nice looking.


    Sorry this is kind of my odd rant about guildlaunch but I just don't get it.

    So what do other guild leaders use for their site hosts?


    I use proboards myself due to familiarity and decent customization. Much more user friendly to the members and owner compared to guildlaunch and crap imo anyway. I know Osay hosts for Vahlse too.

    My own hosting that i barely use with unlimited bandwidth and space...
    i don't know why i keep paying for it honestly

    Not that I've put many guild sites on it for mabi though...

    and now the guild leader created a site, forum, and image board for the guild
    which I think he's paying for lol
