Generation III Remakes

Dang, I was fine with transferring them to Emerald > Pal Park > Heart Gold Soul Silver > Black/White.

I'd love a remake for Red/Blue/Yellow, and Fire Red and Leaf Green too. I enjoyed those games fairly much, but they were my second games compared to Ruby and Emerald.

It's great they're doing remakes, but it's so much transferring to do. ; A ;

No. Diamond/Pearl are going to be remade after Gen 6 happens. Its how its been done since Gen 3.

This remake stuff should've just ended at HG/SS, at least for a few years.

Maybe at the new Ruby/Sapphire.

Can't keep remaking stuff that's still compatible with the current games. It makes no sense.

Game Freak should just make one huge ass "super remake" that takes all the generations and mashes it into one game for the 3DS.

Every continent unlocked. Why not just make it so you can pick your starting region, and then let you travel to a new region once you've finished that one?

That would be aMAzing.
I'd even like that more than a universal remake because, let's face it, by the time you get to the 3rd region, the trainers and wild pokemon would be seriously underleveled for you and the grinding would be terrible. In the original GSC, the first region didn't even cut it. Lance hardly had any Pokemon, if at all, past level 50. Once you got to Kanto, the other gym leaders were around the same levels since you could battle them in any order.

On topic with R/S remakes, I loved the originals. Hoenn was my favorite region, and I loved the characters and plot. It was the only one that put the entire /world/ in jeopardy. Cyrus wanted to create his own world entirely, but the distortion world would only have consumed Sinnoh, iirc. Ghetsis only wanted a human holocaust (I think?), the world itself would be fine. Not to mention that R/S made it so you were allied to a certain team, and Emerald revealed them BOTH to be villainous simultaneously. I don't know about you guys but that just blew my mind when I put that into perspective.
