Attempting zombie invasion (halloween event)

If I can finish building the area needed for the event on time, we'll try out a zombie invasion. The goal will be to not get raped by hordes of zombies. Even if I don't finish on time it's never too late for zombies, we can do this whenever.

Currently building a small city, complete with interiors and maybe even a sewer.
Everyone participating will have some time to hide and prepare themselves for the oncoming horde.
Then I'll go around spawning zombies and you have to either run and hide or kick their asses until the event ends.

There's no real "winning" at this event, the goal is to just have fun. You can keep /TPing back every time you die. Stashing your items somewhere safe would be a good idea, but bring weapons. There's going to be random chests around the city with supplies like food, arrows and some materials to make weapons (there's going to be craft tables hidden around too).

There's no real rules for you guys to follow, but to make it more fair for the zombie team I'll give them a few advantages, such as being able to break doors or windows over a period of time (the actual breaking will be done by me if the swarm of zombies near it seems big enough to realistically be able to accomplish such a task). Once a building has a broken door or window (or if someone was dumb enough to leave a door open) i'll be allowed to spawn zombies inside.

And of course during the event i'll make sure it's always night so our zombie friends don't burst into flames.

Oops. Scratch the swords. Gotta bring bread, bows, and any arrows I can scrounge up.

Melee is useless against zombies in Multiplayer for me. The zombies have a longer attack range than I do. D:
