What's For Dinner?

Yellow rice with carrots, onions, and other assorted vegetables inside. Ground turkey accompanied with broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms!

Nothing much to eat at home, so we went to the newest Diner in town that we heard from friends and families to see what's so great bout their food.
Bleh. The fries were terrible. But the Burger tasted like something that came straight from In-N-Out with a size swap. (With a $7+ Markup.)

White rice with steamed broccoli and tomatoes.

And ... crab meat. Yes. Pasteurized Crab meat with some vegetables mixed inside. If you are wondering what that white thing is, it's a slice of mozzarella cheese.

Why do I have mozzarella cheese on my plate? Because I ABHOR crab meat - so I tried masking the taste with some cheese. It did not work as well as I would have hoped.

I had some pasta with turkey ground meat and ricotta cheese!~

Yum. Although, every time I tried taking a picture - it looked bad ... so no picture today.

Tonight I'm having red beans and rice; one of my all-time favorites! Not quite cooked yet so no picture. :<

I made some saffron rice with teriyaki chicken wings.


I was going to just make some regular nishiki rice, but this was a much better choice.

I've been having nothing but rice and soup lately. More than 8 weeks probably. ;c Curse my mom putting a diet on the whole family even though she's the only one who needs it.
