    Skyrim Destruction Magic Balance Mods

    Improved Destruction Magic
    Improved Runes.esp:
    Increased rune base damage to 75.
    Increased maximum rune count to 3.

    Improved Master Spells.esp:
    Increased Lightning Storm's base damage per second to 135.
    Increased Blizzard's base damage per second to 30.
    Changed Fire Storm to be instant cast. Left its damage alone.

    Improved Master Spells Except Fire Storm.esp:
    By popular request, this contains all changes in Improved Master Spells.exp, except any changes to Fire Storm.

    Improved Expert Spells.esp:
    Increases the base damage of the following expert spells so they scale nicer at mid-to-high tier compared to other damage builds.
    Increased Incinerate's base damage to 70.
    Increased Thunderbolt's base damage to 70.
    Increased Icy Spear's base damage to 70.

    Improved Cloaks.esp:
    Increases the base damage of cloak spells so they're worth casting more often than not. In particular, increased base damage of all cloak spells from 8 to 12.

    Improved Casting.esp:
    Small changes to dual casting to make it feel a bit more powerful than it does in vanilla Skyrim.
    Increased dual casting effectiveness boost to 2.5 from 2.2.
    Increased dual casting time multiplier to 1.25 from 1.

    Improved Destruction Perks.esp:
    Augmented Shock/Flame/Frost perks now have 3 ranks and increase damage by 20% each rank.
    Expert Destruction now also increases Destruction spell damage by 10%.
    Master Destruction now also increases Destruction spell damage by 15%.

    Dynamic Magicka
    Version 0.2 Changes:
    Magicka reduction from skill increased to .005 from .0035
    Dual Casting time down to 3 from 5 (should line up with animations now)
    Lightning Storm and Blizzard damage boosted
    Destruction Apprentice, Adept and Expert and Master Perks each give a 10/15/20/25% damage bonus to all Destruction spells
    Master Perk reduces cost to 25% instead of 50%
    Novice Perk reduces cost to 25% instead of 0 (to balance Dual Casting)
    Increased Enchanting power to 1 from 0.9
    Augmented perks reduced to 40/80 from 40/100 (total from mastering destruction perk tree is +150% damage now, up from +100%)
    Four separate Magicka Regen rates to choose from

    I don't know what people are going on about :\ I played a Mage up to level 30 and found it just slightly harder than my warrior. These mods now make it OP, the only one I agree with is improved cloack spells, they are too useless in vanilla.
    What really needs balance is enchanting, a mage can get 100% mana reduction, becoming a fireball machinegun.

    I'm a mage level 12, and nothing is hard about this. Its kinda like being an archer, the first shot determines the entire battle for me, especially against other mages. If it gets harder later tell me, i haven't started any other character than my mage yet so i have nothing to compare it against.

    the cat means like at level 50+
    the damage doesnt scale
    and it takes like 5 fire storms just to kill something
    hell melee and archery get mass enchants
