I'm surprised they even sold that much, given how many people prefer Minecraft.

Even more surprising is how much content they still put out since despite the game being a retail version.

I haven't played Terraria since... July, so my friends are telling me about all the stuff that's been changed since then. it's exciting~<3

Terraria is a platform action/sandbox, minecraft is a first person sandbox/action


the order there is very important, it denotes what the focus in each game is. Minecraft is more buildy, terraria is more actiony.

And there both great games ive spent hours on.

I never said the people (who I'm talking about) who like Minecraft don't like Terraria. I just said they prefer it.

Preferences of video games usually influence the publicity of a video game amongst consumers. If I told you I prefer LoZ: Majora's Mask over Ocarina of Time (but still play and love Ocarina of Time), I would give more spotlight and recommendation to Majora's Mask, no?
