I just cleaned out my computer and my desktop is bare.

I actually do this.

There's only one folder on my desktop and the recycle bin. Folder sits in the top left corner and recycle bin in the bottom right. The folder contains this:



That's seriously how lazy I am. I used to label them "folder 1, folder 2", etc, but it became so difficult to remember which was which that I realized I'd have a better chance if I just gave up and tried to remember time periods. No matter how much time goes on, sorting it by name will never ruin the order!

I just right click -> view -> *uncheck show icons* oh look. everything is clean. hueeee
