Random Vindictus Freezes

Hum, completely stumped, maybe it has something to do with the processes that are running alongside your game. If all else fails, you can try reinstalling

hmmm well i tried turning on my computer and just running the game with no side processes on... still freezed and I also tried reinstalling and it still freezes... darn this freezing! >=[

just a little update: just dusted my comp out again... defragmented hard drive and reinstalled vindictus again :o tried many settings but i think i made it worse... i get a lot of freezes throughout the entire dungeon now... if i add em up i get about like 10 freezes through one run of an ainle dungeon... hope i can find a cure soon!
oh and i also got latest drivers for my ati radeon

how long are the freezes? if my hard drive spins up while playing vind i'll freeze for about 5 seconds or so.

my freezes range from 1-2 seconds... but I just learned that if i'm in a boat and i randomly throw spears at some point i have a 1 second freeze... interesting...
