Random Vindictus Freezes

Hello! :D
My problem is that whenever I play vindictus, i get random freezes. They are very short freezes but its during battles and its really annoying because when I'm in a middle of a dodge or something I die... XD Anyways, how can I fix this? I tried changing every single graphic setting but nothing changes
So anyways... any ideas?
Computer Specs:
AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor 3.20 GHz
12GB ram
ATI Radeon 5700 Series
Windows 7

I know you said you tried every single setting, but can you make sure that you disabled the multi-core support option?

Hmm, when do yo freeze specifically in game?

well I normally get freezes when in dungeons but it's usually during battle... like 1-2 freezes w/ monsters and around 3 freezes with bosses... I really don't know what it is... i know its not my internet though cuz my internet is fast xD

Edit: oo i think i worded this weirdly... i only freeze like once or twice throughout the entire dungeon fighting monsters... but with bosses it's around 3-5 and it gets super annoying!

Does it phrases randomly while you're fighting monsters and bosses or when they do certain attacks and such? o_o

yeah the freezes randomly during monster fights and usually when im dodging for boss fights... and i dusted out my pc last month

I'm not sure if this is the problem, but I know it is for me...
Do you play with the specular lighting on or off? I can't play with it on because it makes the game a bit laggy.
(In case you don't know, specular lighting makes everything shiny.
