1. You say that as if it's a bad thing.

2. You say that as if there are Touhou mods out there for Morrowind, Oblivion, FO3 and FONV. As far as I can see, the only Touhou related mods for any of the older Bethesda games are a Birthsign mod that gives you some spells of one of the characters (you don't even see that character in game whatsoever), and one that gives you wings of 2 characters. I really wouldn't say that the modders of Bethesda are avid Touhou fans. Some anime fans, but that's about it for that (an example being that there's no Fist of the North Star mods that I can find for FO3 or FONV, despite being in pretty identical environments).
