Also, something that's been bothering me ... Are UTILITY PRAYERS different than AT-WILL PRAYERS? I know at-will can be used as many times per encounter given if you have enough actions ... but I'm not sure about utility. I can't seem to find anything on it D:
Utilities are abilities that usually don't do damage and prove to be useful in combat as well as some non-combat instances.
At-Will is in the same category as Encounter and Daily. Utility is in the same category as Prayer/Exploit/Spell/Attack. The former describes the limitations of use. And the latter describes the nature of the ability itself.

Thank you all so much for expression so much intrest for this!!
And the larping thingy was just a joke! xP
No way I would ever do that ! Dx
Other than that I just have to take a look at the books, races and classes to see which would be accepted in the world. I would also like to ask what kind of world and setting we should have it in. I'll say again that I preffer the Dragon Age setting.

Hrm, the Dragon Age setting doesn't have Dragonborn, do they? Or are you trying to incoperate D&D in the world of Dragon Age, or taking the entire world of Dragon Age with D&D rules?

It's The Elder Scrolls that has Dragonborn. It's called the Dragon Age beceause the last Dragons died and are now extinct, allthough technically you can find a few drakes and for some reason High Dragons but they are very few and have some kind of story tied to why they're still alive.
But since we're several people playing here I don't think it would be best to have a single protagonist. Was thinking of just either playing through the Dragon Age Origins campagin from the PC game or just throw you in the world with stuff to do.
But to answer your other question, I was thinking of putting the D&D 4th edition rules and using them to play in the Dragon Age world.

Incase you didn't know Dragon age isn't just a world with a god (they use the word maker instead) but it's is VERY religious.
It's called the Chantry of Andraste and sure there are other 'religions' but this is the only one thats really recognized as a real religion while the few others are just seen as cults.
If you'd like to read more about it visit http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Chantry for more information it's an intresting read.

D&D has an actual race called the Dragonborn. I'm not talking about some Nord who screams at dragons all day. I'm talking about these guys:
But since you said we were going to play in the Dragon Age world, then they don't exactly exist. All I needed to know.
On another note, I just finished reading the Player's Handbook + the Dragonborn Supplement book thing. My lord, that was a lot of info to soak, and I even skimmed the data stuff that isn't relevant until later on.

I may play, but I need to know the kind of rules were using before I can make a character. Are there any classes/races unplayable, are there any nonstandard skills or bonuses due to the setting, are we starting at level 1, are we using the standard array for our stats or are we rolling them?

Really good question there I hadn't thought about it and I can answer both of you at the same time.
If we are actually going to use the Dragon Age setting I have no problem with having a Dragonborn race, I don't really nerd-rage over small details that we don't follow (atleast not ALL of them!) so unless you're gonna make a character that TOTALLY and completely contradicts what Dragon Age stands for I suggest just make your character so you have something atleast and you can just go back and alter it later. Also we're all going to be level 1.
So I really think it's time for deciding on taking the Dragon Age setting or not. I'll give you guys until Monday 9th to decide that, I don't wanna start a campaign and have a bunch of people who'd be in on D&D not play because we're gonna use this specific setting.
But to be more specific I'd have to review all the races and classes which I haven't had the time to do yet
