Looking for a regular host for a semi-private Terraria server

Preferably one that can host 24/7, but if you can host from 10:00 EST or a bit later, until 1:00 or a bit later, that is good too. I will give you my world file, and so forth.

Terraria multiplayer has been a frustrating experience because of a lack of reliable hosts, and I prefer to have servers with a small number of people, rather than huge public servers.

I'm going to say this again: most (if not all besides Osayidan, TA, and Yoorah) of the members of this forum are just people in their twenties or under, and don't have the... I guess, luxury to host a dedicated server for anything on their budget or household.

I suppose you could ask them, bearing the right incentives if needed.

I can open up a server but it works about...half of the time. One of my friends is able to get on with Hamachi but a different friend of mine is not able to get on even with Hamachi, so I don't know.
