D&D Event - Main thread

I think in two weeks. Anyone wanna start to do a small mock up to figure out how this will work?

I'm up for that. Doesn't have to involve any real combat either...just something to get people used to mechanics.

If we could get all the players on at the same time I suppose I could make something simple in Maptools just to give a basic tutorial type thing.. That reminds me. EVERYONE needs to download Maptools, because the only way to connect to Maptools is with Maptools, lol.

Out of the 16+ that said they were interested only 5-6 have actually sent in sheets, so we may be able to just have 1 game instead of 2. Lol.

Well, I'm available everyday after 4pm EST except Tuesdays, in which I'm available all day, so as long as the game is being run within that time frame, I'm all set. While I have a pretty good idea on how to fight already, I wouldn't mind trying out how my character works, and if I need to tweak anything before the actual campaign starts.

I also wanted to give my scedule (EST timeframe) :

Sunday: I go to church; so I can be gone from around 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. After noon (12:00 pm) is okay with me.
Monday- Friday: After 4:00 pm.
Saturday: I'm free all day. So any time works.

All we need to do is have Maptools on our computer right? Or do we need to do anything else, to the best of your knowledge.

I work at random times, which might get really troublesome...and my entire schedule just shifted thanks to school starting up again. Tuesday/Thursday nights are no good, but that's all I can say for sure.
