So... Maybe you guys can help me out D:

I had recently started playing Vindictus about maybe 2 weeks ago, I had no problems during gameplay and my connection was fine. On Monday, January 9th I began to experience the start of my problem. A slight stutter in my frames and latency, but nothing big at the time. Only seemed to occur very late at night when I was about to head off for bed. As the days went on it began to progressively grow worse, the spikes/stutters would last longer, get worse and occur more often. Today it got to the point that I couldn't even sit in town before it would start again.

I would login into the game and be fine, 5 minutes into gameplay and it'd start, first a quick spike then finally it'd begin to occur every 2 minutes. Eventually it would spike and last for 15 or so seconds, less than a minute later it'd start again. After sending in a ticket and being told to check my firewall and virus protection, try and reinstall the game and check in with my ISP, which I have done 4 times now. I reinstalled, did some port forwarding as suggested and left all my settings to low. Sadly this didn't change anything, the spikes are less frequent but that of course is just how it starts.

The situation seemed to only occur when I was in an instance, solo or party, regardless if I was hosting or not. Anytime I was in a party i'd take note of my connection within it same with soloing, during the spikes I would drop from my usual 4-5 bars to 1, or 2 if i was lucky enough. then they would pick back up when the spike would end.

Graphics: Mobile Intel(R) 4 series express chipset family.

I've had problems similar to this before. Sometimes, the lag spikes would cause my character to freeze, then slowly teleport in the direction i was holding the arrow keys, which could last for almost the whole instance. Honestly, i couldn't do anything to make it stop. It just kind of came and went. Some days were bad, some werent as bad, sometimes i'd go days without the problem. And sometimes, it would randomly pop up after a month or so of no problems. So i can't help, hopefully someone else can.
