I have no characters?

Uhm, I tried logging on Vindictus.. I haven't played for a long time so I tried some e-mail accounts. Each account worked, but it showed no characters in any of them.

My char was only about level 20-ish. I didn't have tons of stuff, I didn't know many people. I don't see how I could have been hacked or anything. Did I just forget which e-mail I had? Or is this a glitch that can be fixed? D:

You were either hacked, in which case the hacked email would display a different IP login message, or Nexon derped.

I didn't get a different IP login message, so I'm assuming I forgot what e-mail I used or Nexon derped :P I sent a ticket. Now to wait a few days...

Sometimes when I log in it bring up the Character Select menu if I hit Start Game, I just relog and it's fixed.

Well, I've been checking specifically on the website.
It says "You have no Vindictus characters on your account. Please login to Vindictus and create a character."

I'll try to check on the actual game, but it's patching right now.
