Mabi Wont Load after Alexina Surprise Maint.

I've never really had any problems until about 5pm Central 2-27-2012 Alexina crashed and had unexpected maintenance. After this, I found I could not load the game when the sever was brought back online.



What happens, after I press "Play" on the Website (I've logged in already), the White Mabinogi Box comes up and does its check for updates. I see my Client is 102, launcher is 126 - English. I press "Game Start" in the bottom right corner or the White Mabi Box.
Using Windows Task Manager, I see "client.exe" appear for about 5-6 seconds, then it disappears.



I've run the HackShield updater (HSUpdate.exe). With no improvement... Any ideas to get the game going again?

So the game start is grayed out?

Try starting the client directly from the mabinogi folder, but make sure to click "Run as Admin"

Actually this has been happening on my little brother's laptop, But I'm not sure if it is the same problem. Its kinda like when you click "PLAY" the hackshield loader stops loading at like 15% or so and then completely dissapears, nothing else ever opens and ,just like Chibi said, if I open up the task manager, it says nothing is operating. The other strange thing is that if you retry to run it, it says mabi is already running. Re-downloading didn't work either, and my little bro deleted the whole nexon folder including hackshield.... so that confused me. It's only his laptop tho, My comp and my dad's laptop runs the game fine o-o;

on mines I don't even see hackshield attempt to load x.x I do run as admin and everything that I use to, I'm able to click game start but then nothing comes up :i
