So. . .I felt like messing around in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. And what better monster to choose then the Brute in the Chancel? The chancel is the area with the large 4 way bridge. Anyway, as I went in there, I saw the Brute spawn and proceeded to occupy myself on the bridge leading to the barrier. While I was there, I waited and stared at the Brute to come out. I guess. . .I was too close, because the instant he came out:
Brute: *Sees Daniel and begins running, issuing chase music*
Me: OH GOD.
I ran into the room, closed the door and crouched in the corner. He destroyed that door but. . .he didn't see me. I restarted that area and this time I lured him too me by standing closer to the door, but having my lantern on. Oh yeah, that lantern basically makes you turn into a Middle Finger, because they hunt you down like you're a damn Mew >.>. So, I once again went into the room, but this time I stood in the corner. You best believe that bastard saw me and cut me down in a heartbeat.

BUT! Here's what caught me off-guard. During the respawn time, the noise of the background and monster growls/moans gets slowed down somewhat, so right before I came to, I heard the sound of a grunt. I was wondering why did I hear the sound of a grunt, and then I realized Daniel was going insane. Sure enough, right after the Brute killed me, a grunt spawned and took his place. . .AND HE WAS WALKING RIGHT TOWARDS ME.
Me: WTF, WHY ARE YOU HERE MR. FACE?! *Flees*

Proceed to hide in the corner and watched as he left the room. This time, I decided to follow him and. . .I couldn't help staring at dat ass.
Me: Oh, Dat Ass. . .Mmmm. *Stalks*. Wanting his attention, I proceed to throw a rock near him and he heard it and turned around.
Mr. Face: Why does it feel like someone is-*Hears rock* What was that? What's that in the distance. . .I shouldn't have left home without my contacts >.>
Me: *Pulls out lantern*
Mr. Face: HEY! YOU WERE STARING AT MY ASS. HOW DARE YOU!!!! *Charges*
Me: Ohh boy, TO THE CORNER. He'll never get me there

HAH! Aha. . .AHAHAHAHA HE KNEW! He ran straight to me in the corner and clawed my face

Me: *Notices I have 7 Laudanums* Oh hell NO. I ain't going down without a fight. *Heals up and gets clawed again* Damn it, I only have 2 left now. He'll kill me with the next hit. To hell with this.
*Literally pushes him out of the way and begins running*
Mr. Face: "Did this jackass just push me?! He ain't leaving this area ALIVE"
Though. . .I couldn't help but not stare at his face so I turned around and literally while jumping backwards watched him pick up speed and rip me to pieces. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. I HAVE PICS OF THE BRUTE D:<.
