As we all Know about the Alchemy and Magic casting speed increased, what are your opinions?

Water Canon is probably now insane.

Right now, you can use it to pretty much solo anything 1v1 and not get hit, but with an even faster load time.

About magic, fast fireballs sound sexy, another reason to r1 it

It's pretty broken.

Ice Spear - 1.5 seconds (Absolutely ridiculous. You probably charge three times during the standby period.)
Thunder - 3 seconds (A little crazy but perhaps Thunder could use the buff)
Fireball - 4 seconds (12 second Fireball, yep)
Icebolt - 0.75 seconds (I'm actually quite happy about this. Icebolt needed some love.)
Lightning Bolt - 1 second (w/e)
Firebolt - 1.5 seconds (Why use Firebolt when you could use Ice Spear?)

Summon Golem - 3 seconds (w/e)
Shock - 2 seconds (w/e)
Water Cannon - 1.2 seconds (Tropacat needed some love anyway.)
Sand Burst - 1.5 seconds (w/e)
Flame Burst - 1.5 seconds? (This is pretty broken.)

IMO, the following would be better.

Ice Spear - 2 seconds
Thunder - 3.25 seconds
Fireball - 4.5 seconds
Icebolt - 0.75 seconds
Lightning Bolt - 1 second
Firebolt - 1.5 seconds

I like the idea of 14.8 second fireballs (my wand is -36% charging time). I might actually make a watercannon set with that change. Flameburst speed? Love it. Feeling good to be a hybrid with alchemy and magic skills right now.

1 sec lightening bolt. Win.

I hope to see more. Still hoping for more ADV magics.

Don't see why IS wouldn't get a buff if you're still buffing the other two.

Actually, this is the first time that DevCat has ever skimped on the lightning love.
33% boost to IS, 25% to FB, and only 17% to TH.
100% to IB, 33% to FB, 50% to LB.

That IS buff might trump Hailstorm usage in typical situations. There's no longer a need to hope for a crit-OHKO to keep things nice and clean, now that the refire rate is so high. Finally a use for all those MP pots.

I'm liking the speeds for ice magic in general. The fireball speed makes it easier to use, so I'm all for that.
No real opinion on Alchemy buffs.

It clear that Devcat love Ice magic. I mean they're boosting Ice spear, which is already overpower currently. The cast time of ice bolt is just hella fast too.
Hailstorm need a buff. Make no sense buffing all bolts, and int magics but not adv magic.
