What's wrong with the GoldSource mods? They're the best games on the list in my opinion.

Well, I don't hate the games personally since I haven't played them, but the engine just doesn't feel right to me. Originality is good, and it's always good to start from the roots, but Source grew on me too much for me to appreciate GoldSrc anymore.

UPDATE - Attention!

We're going to be playing Terraria starting tomorrow, Thursday, at 8 PM CST.

I don't want to host on my poor upload speed, but if nobody else would want to, then I'll do it.

As for what we shall do in Terraria, I was thinking we should download a nice map to play on. If there's any map suggestions, I'm all ears. Otherwise, I'm going to pick a featured map off the official forums. Any texture packs or mods you want to have while playing? Suggest them here and we'll most likely use them! Please be aware that if we're going to play a custom-made map, we cannot use texture packs or mods, so we can be as close to the experience as the author wanted.

For Killing Floor, that might happen starting at 10 or 11 PM CST, depending on when and if people want to stop playing Terraria. Ending maybe around 2 hours or so, at most 3. I haven't played it, so you guys who want to come along can choose what to play.

I kind of want to avoid vanilla Terraria play, because that can take several hours and I'm not sure if everybody's dedicated to that. So I decide we could use custom-made maps with goals instead.

But if people want to do vanilla Terraria, that's fine with me too!

It can be Capture the Gem, team deathmatch, or just general deathmatch. Easy layout, can switch what we feel like on the fly. That's what I like about it.

Haunted House looks really fun though. I might get going along if enough people stay around.
