Wow, a few people have been starting how-tos as well! Anyway, let's try something asian today!

Stir-Fried Ginger Shrimp!
What you'll need
1 pound of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon of chopped and peeled ginger
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Dash of white pepper (roughly 1/8 of a teaspoon)
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 teaspoons of low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of corn starch
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of chile paste with garlic (such as sambal oelek)
1 tablespoon of divided canola oil
1 cup of thinly vertically sliced onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1 cup of diagonally cut celery
Got it? Now let's get cooking!
Step One: Place shrimp in a medium bowl and sprinkle with ginger, salt, and pepper; toss it well. Let stand 5 minutes.
Step Two: Combine 1/2 cup water and next 6 ingredients (through chile paste) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Step Three: Heat 1 teaspoon canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture to pan; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove shrimp mixture from pan; set aside. Wipe pan dry with a paper towel. Heat remaining 2 teaspoons canola oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic then stir-fry for 1 minute. Add celery and stir-fry 1 minute. Return shrimp mixture to pan and stir-fry 1 minute or until shrimp are done.
Step Four: Add water mixture to pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Five: Serve and enjoy! This is another dish best served immediately!
