No, you can still do Hidden and other things to powerlevel if you want to. In fact, you could probably get to level 70 very quickly (a week considering you're already level 60? I dunno) if you grind nonstop. It's just a little boring, lol... you get EXP from everything, so you're gonna get there eventually anyway.

Raids are crappy EXP for the time invested, it's just for fun/money/a challenge.
