No more 50% weight highlighting on whatever part of your min-max damage scale. Every part of that damage scale would have an equal chance of showing up.

Balance is like... if you have 0% balance, you'd be hitting minimum damages, and if you have 100% balance, you'd be hitting maximum damages.

Unless you mean the skill and game balance? Well.... some skills may be over-powered than others, but every skills have more pros, or more cons, or have equal pro and con.

Just give us the Title glitch back, and there isn't really any balance anymore. Kind of defeats the purpose of equipments/leveling/skill ranking.
