redeeming nexon game cards

Is anyone having trouble redeeming Karma Koins? I tried to redeem a 10k card just right now and it keeps saying that it's an invalid card. I then took one of my older cards and tried re redeemign that, and it says it's an invalid card too. Shouldn't it say the card is redeemed if it's redeemed already? So is there a glitch of some sort going on o-o;;;?

Check your receipt. If it doesn't specifically say it's activated, then you're SOL because you can't take it back and have them activate it.

If it was redeemed already, then it would've told you that the code was already used. In that case someone would've screwed you over by entering a completely random code before you got home, the chances of actually getting it shouldn't be high. >>

I'd think it's because they didn't swipe the card and activated it at the register. I always make sure that the cashier always swipes the card to activate it.

If not, the perhaps try redeeming it a bit later? Nexon's website has some of their mess ups sometimes.

Found the issue. Cashier didn't swipe it right I think. Orz. I saw him swipe it, but it still says invalid now. hur. And already threw away receipt so can't take it back.

I think you can't get it scanned even with a receipt. At least, not if you buy one from around here. Some nonsense about how prepaid cards don't apply to their discounts and return policies.

Oreally. I think it's allowed here, since my friend told me he did the same thing. Eh. Just depends where you are I guess lol.
