Production Cash Making Idea.
Don't you hate it when your low on money, but you have nothing to sell or your tired of running missions for money? I do.
I have a few ideas that can help us make money or maybe even ducats?
What I have in mind is, why don't they make merchants that buy Things such as Sea shells, Big fish, Clay pottery, Gems, Rare herbs and so on.
Sea Shell merchant could be found in port crean.
You can find meny new shells by digging with a weeding hoe, also can have a small chance of finding a pearl to sell for alot!
This could also give port ceann some use!
Fish Buying merchant will buy fishes depending on their CMs, the higher the better.
Pottery merchant could be found in Cor maybe?
You can dig up clay in Iria falls and then take it to a pottery wheel to play a mini-game to shape the clay, then you can fire it to sell.
Gem Buying merchants will buy gems depending on their CMs.
Rare Herb merchant will by rare herbs that can be found underground
This could give Solea and Ant-hell more of a use.
Food Buying merchant will buy food made with the cooking skill, price is depending on the food rank and the number of stars on it.
This could help out people in trouble and hopefully balance out the economy too!
Thoughts?

>mfw it's Port Ceann :c
Sounds like it could be interesting, but they prices they buy items up for needs to be related to how much the item has been sold to them.
Reminds me of the day I spent AFK selling 4~5star Port Cobh seafood for funsies.
Ended up making about 1.8m from that.

Gem buying would kill the market for gems for upgrades if the NPC pays high.
Running a singular mission or doing a singular commerce would probably be better off...
These are all horribly time consuming and personally don't really work well, especially for people that work full time.
Gotta have content that satisfies everyone.
Food buying and fish thing seems fair enough though.

Mabination User
Are you forgetting that it might be subjected to bot abuse?
A lot of the thing you listed can be botted.

Well yeah, This also can give more of a reason to rank the skills other then for stats.
I remember when I fished for money, I sold 10cm rainbows 10k each, That was alot of money to me like 3 years ago. :<

You can always dig up artifacts, and turn them in for gold/exploration levels.
Everyone low on money is a good thing. Inflation is bad for the economy.

Deflation isn't always a good thing, just so you know. Likewise, inflation isn't always bad.
Also, it's not simply inflation. It's more that there's a massive gap between player "classes" (lower class, middle class, etc.). People want to sell things for a lot, but not many people have the money to actually buy it for that amount. That's why people have gotten used to offering trades to sellers.
