We are very, very glad to have you here and are very proud of the hard work our team has done to make this possible. Please, if you have the time, take a moment to thank the staff for making all of this happen so quickly and so smoothly.
Before I go any further, I want to take a moment to thank all of the other staff. It's been beyond an honor to be a part of this team, even when it's been stressful it has been a wonderful experience. To the staff and the community - this immense move would not be possible without each and every one of you and your dedication, so please, pat yourselves on the back, you most certainly deserve it. :)
As I'm sure you've noticed right off the bat, there are a few changes here and there. Before we go over these, let me first assure you that this is meant to be as similar to Guru in function as possible. There have been no new rule changes, no staff changes, and minimal forum section changes for your convenience.
Here's a quick rundown of some of the more important functions and how to access them:
Ok, on to the other stuff! :D
Lets move on here! First off you'll notice the layout is completely different. I will be adding more layouts in the future, so that being said, if there are any specific images, color schemes, or themes you'd like to see happen, please PM me and let me know! I will also be trying to organize theme contests once in a while so crack those knuckles and get to work!
Second, we have a few small forum changes. "Fansite Updates" is now "Mabination News" and "The Erinn Times" is now "Official Nexon News". This is to clear up some confusion - please ONLY post official news from Nexon official pages in the Official Nexon News forum. A staff member will then promote it to a front-page article from there... and you just might get some extra gold for doing so!
"Technical Help" is now "Ferghus's Repair Shop" - this is where you should post if you're having issues with the functionality of the game, and we'll try our best to keep Ferghus's hands off of your computer, we promise. "Pet Park" is our section for all things pets, and we now have a whole section dedicated to the discussion of lifeskills, where you can post recipes, tailoring advice, songs, and more! We still have a market here, it's called "MabiMarket" and there's a forum for each and every server for both EU and NA! Feel free to browse around, and please read the guidelines for that particular section before posting, you can find them here - Announcements - Mabimarket
We still have all of our general sections as well, including the beloved spam zone. :D We also have the Media Center - not to be confused with MultiMedia Fantasy. The Media Center is for all things made that are not screenshots or recordings straight from the game. This is where you can share art, sigs, and other graphics! I will be making advice and tutorial posts there within the week, so keep your eyes on it!
Now here's where it gets fun. We now have a whole new way to run the shop - and a LOT more items available including account upgrades! We will also be holding random competitions for other shop items that YOU, the member, can add, so keep your eyes peeled! Since we have total control over these forums as opposed to the partial control of Guru, user input can be put to much better use, so please don't hesitate to make suggestions for ANY section of the site! WE WILL be adding more pets to the shop over the next few days!
We still have groups, and you can access them by clicking on the "community" link, it's in-between "Calendar" and "Forum Actions". From there, you can make, search, and join groups. You can also search through members, manage and view your friends from the "Friends & Contacts" link. There is no limit to how many groups we can have to get to makin' em! They can be as random or as specific as you would like them to be, so have fun! :3
News posts can be made by members in the "Official Nexon News" section. Please ONLY post things from the official Nexon site and Facebook page. Teasers may not always be promoted to a front page article, but most other news announcements and articles absolutely will be! We will be keeping the site announcements up to staff only.

The arcade has yet to be implemented, BUT, that's because we are going to have you guys, our users, tell us what you want to see happen with the arcade! This is to encourage folks to use it more since it didn't get much attention lately over at Guru. Look out for the announcement concerning this so you can help us build an even spiffier arcade!
We also have an awesome new set of emoticons thanks to the wonderful Osayidan, so thank him for giving us these awesome onion heads! If you would like to have more emotes added, or there is a specific set you would recommend as an addition, please let us know - and possibly bribe Osa with something delicious and/or shiny.
If there are other features present at Guru which you would like to see placed here as well, please let staff know ASAP!
We also have a new chat section which will be incredibly useful for when Mabi is experiencing downtime!
Lastly, and most importantly, we will be having a competition to get things MOVING! This competition gives you an opportunity to earn lots and lots of gold to spend in our nifty new shop, or to hang onto for future prizes!
